The Interviews at Sally Beauty

The number of interviews, in which you will have to participate, highly depends on the job you are applying for and the location of the interview. The interviews with Sally Beauty include the following:

  • A phone interview. A phone interview, which will be conducted via phone and can take between 15-30 minutes. You will go over your resume and be asked questions regarding your salary expectations, work history, availability etc. If you successfully pass this interview, you will be either invited to participate in a video interview or an initial face to face interview.

  • A verbal reasoning test. The logic of this test is quite different from the logic that governs most verbal reasoning tests. It greatly relies on critical thinking and pure logic, rather than simple verbal reasoning.
