We sell online test preparation for intangible products. We are looking for candidates who have fast growth potential on a personal and professional scale along with our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting online market research, customer surveying, competitive analysis, and website analytics.
• Developing and implementing a company-wide product roadmap; execution through company units – Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Demonstrating strategic thinking, good planning skills, understanding of customers’ needs, analysis and decision-making abilities.

•  Previous Experience in online marketing – advantage.
• Familiarization with HR/Recruitment in the US/UK markets – a big advantage

• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Good multitasking skills. Ability to plan and follow schedules and execution plans

• BA/BSc degree – a must. Master’s degree – preferred.
