Prepare for HelloFresh's Tests

There are many different steps in the HelloFresh recruitment process. They are:

  • Application Process: Once you have selected a region and position you would like to apply to, you will need to fill out a short questionnaire and upload your resume to the company website.
  • Phone Interview: If you resume is a match for the position or program you have applied to, you should be invited to participate in a phone interview. Phone interviews are used for the further screening of candidates to evaluate their appropriateness for the job at hand.
  • Employment Exam: Prior to being invited for an in-person interview, you may be asked to complete one or more pre-employment assessment tests.
  • Face-To-Face Interview: Your in-person interview will likely be held by the hiring manager for the department or program you have applied to.

Regardless of if you have applied for an experienced position or internship, you may need to face more than one aptitude test during the recruitment process. The tests that HelloFresh uses to evaluate potential employees measure a range of different competencies and skills, including situational judgement, Excel & Word abilities, work persona, and others.

The questions you will likely need to answer during both your phone and in-person interviews will range from your behavioral and situational questions to your previous work experience. Here are just some examples questions often posed to HelloFresh candidates during the interview process:

  • In what ways is your previous experience relevant to the position you have applied to?
  • Describe a difficult situation you had to face. How did you overcome it?
