Q-See CCAT Tests

The Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) as one of its pre-employment aptitude tests. The CCAT measures your problem-solving abilities, skill learning capabilities, and critical thinking. It consists of 50 questions, has a 15-minute time limit, and is comprised of three question categories—math and logic, verbal ability, and spatial reasoning. It's important to note that very few people manage to finish the entire test within the time limit.


 

Q-See Situational Judgement Tests

The scenarios presented on SJTs always ask for a resolution of a given conflict which, although being hypothetical, might very much rely on, or represent, realistic situations that occur in a workplace. You will then be asked to choose a preferred method of action out of a number of possible options. You are encouraged to choose your responses spontaneously, based on intuition; however, analyzing the scenarios and choosing responses that highlight your skills will allow you to better present yourself on the test.

Your Q-See personality test will set out to answer perhaps the most important question of all - “who are you?” During a face-to-face interview an interviewee is generally on best behavior and can skew facts, events or opinions. However, the personality tests have a built-in lie scale that will uncover inconsistencies or discrepancies in your story. Moreover, the test will factor in your skills and weaknesses both in terms of personality and technical ability as part of your overall aptitude for the position.


Q-See Microsoft Excel Assessments

The Microsoft Excel Test – The aim of this test is to estimate job applicants’ mastery of the Excel program on various levels, from basic to an advanced one. The scope of tasks included on the test is wide. Applicants may be asked to perform formatting, editing, protecting cells and rangers, and creating graphs and charts. They also need to show how well they use autofill, add and subtract values, and enter data. The Microsoft Excel Test scores job seekers’ performance in two ways: it either counts the percentage of correct answers or determines their skill level – Beginning, Intermediate, or Advanced. It is an interactive test, on which applicants perform tasks on the screen. They can answer questions using the toolbars, shortcut keys, or menus, depending on a specific task they are performing.


Q-See Abstract Reasoning Tests

The Figural Series is a visual test with no words, presenting a series of shapes with patterns you must solve using abstract thinking skills. You are presented with a series of figures, and you must find the correct answer that completes the series. The frames advance from left to right in a certain way. You must try to predict the next shape in the sequence from the options listed.
