  • Application Process: In order to apply for a position with NovaCopy, you will need to do so from the Novatech website. Once you have found a position matching your skill sets and qualifications, you will need to complete and submit a brief online application with your CV/ resume and cover letter attached.
  • Phone Screening: If your application and documentation are a match for the position you have applied to, a recruiter from the company will be in contact with you to participate in a phone interview.
  • Pre-Hire Tests: Depending on the role you have chosen to pursue at NovaCopy, you may be required to take one or more pre-employment assessment tests.
