National Bank of Canada Customer Service Tests

Customer service assessments measure competencies crucial for success as a company representative standing on the frontline and facing a variety of people and situations: Cooperativeness, assertiveness, patience, diplomacy, customer focus, positive attitude, sales perspective, problem solving, multitasking, processing speed, and quality service.

The customer service assessment test consists of two main components : A Scenario test or situational judgement test, and a personality profiling self-assessment.

Accounting Test

Accounting and bookkeeping tests are usually comprised of around 40 multiple-choice questions that focus on job-specific requirements and responsibilities. The difficultly level of these assessments varies depending on both the specific job and the job level. Most common positions to take an accounting exam are accounts payable clerk, accounts receivable clerk, and bookkeeper.
