The Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) is a pre-employment measurement of candidates' cognitive aptitude for work. The test evaluates their ability to understand and process new information, learn new skills, think critically, and solve problems. To measure these cognitive abilities precisely and accurately, the test is divided into three parts:
Questions posed on the CCAT are of varying difficulty. Yet the real challenge that you face on the examination is not the difficulty of questions but a short time limit. You are given only 15 minutes to answer 50 items. This means that you will have around 30 seconds to answer each question. You cannot answer questions on the CCAT so quickly if you come to your pre-employment examination unprepared.
