Vista Assessment - The Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test

Vista hires applicants who score well on their CCAT, have leadership potential and possess a high emotional intelligence quotient. This aptitude/personality test was recently used by Vista to determine 6,000 new hires from 125,000 applicants. Scoring within the top percentile of candidates is the key to achieving employment at a Vista Equity Partners company.

Scores are based on the number of correct answers. There are 50 questions to be answered within 15 minutes. Very few applicants finish this exam.

The more you work on CCAT practice tests the more you increase your speed and accuracy. Becoming familiar with the types of questions and exam format that you will face on the actual CCAT, contributes greatly to a top-level exam result.

This online pre-employment test assesses your mathematical, logic, problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and aptitude for learning new information and skills. CCAT is utilized in 18 countries around the globe. It is administered by Vista as a proven predictor of job performance. The test highlights high performers and quick learners.

Vista Personality Test

Utilized during the hiring process, the Vista personality test is a brief assessment that measures your compatibility to the company and the position for which you are applying. Additionally, it assesses your approach to work scenarios and colleagues.

Be sure to answer every question honestly, but strategically. Highlight your strengths and work-positive characteristics. For example, if you are applying for a managerial position, you will want to highlight your leadership and teamwork skills while avoiding "bossy" or "demanding" traits.
