What is the Xactly Cognitive Assessment
Xactly, and other Vista subsidiaries, uses the Vista Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) which measures your problem-solving, skill-learning, and critical thinking abilities. The CCAT consists of 50 numerical, verbal, abstract and logic questions and has a 15-minute limit - only 18 seconds per question.
The difficulty of the questions in the CCAT varies, however the main challenge is the time-limit which makes even straightforward questions potentially tricky. This is why learning to manage you time efficiently through accurate practice is crucial.
