Prepare for New Balance's Tests

Regardless of if you are applying for a corporate or in-store role, there are many stages within the New Balance recruitment process that you should prepare for. These stages are detailed below:

  • Application Process: To begin, you will need to select a suitable position from the New Balance jobs webpage. To complete an application and upload your resume you will need to create an account.
  • Phone Screening: Once your application and resume have been screened, you will be contacted by either a hiring manager or recruiter to participate in a short phone interview. Be prepared to answer questions concerning your resume.
  • Assessment Test:Depending on the role you have selected to pursue you may need to take and pass a pre-hire aptitude test.
  • Final Interview: Your in-person interview or interviews may be held one-on-one or in a group of different members of the management team and other current employees.

A background check will oftentimes follow a successful interview process.
