PCI Personality Profile

This personality Profiling test helps employers to quickly decide if a job candidate is suitable for a specific position. Based on the Five-Factor Model of personality, the personal characteristics inventory (PCI) considers nearly all potential workplace personality traits one may possess and links them to his/her potential performance in the position.


Measurement Scales of the PCI Personality Profile

The Wonderlic Personal Characteristics Inventory identifies a candidate's compatibility with a particular position by using the following scales:

What to Expect on the Wonderlic PCI Test
