MNC Hiring Process

Many people ask how to face an interview. The main thing to remember is to remain calm and confident. MNC receives many job seekers. It’s your job to stand out among the commonality. Below is a breakdown of a typical hiring process timeline:

  • Online Resume Submission: Past MNC job applicants have found listings on unsolicited job seeking websites. You can apply through them with submitting your resume.
  • Pre-Employment Telephone Screening: If MNC is satisfied with your resume credentials and employment history, you can expect to receive a telephone call. In this conversation, you will hear more about the position you are applying for. You, like the HR, will have to decide if you are suitable for the position.
  • Face-to-Face Interview: After the HR has revealed your case to the proper MNS team members, you will receive a second call to set-up an in-person interview. In the face-to-face interview, you can expect to sit across a panel of people. In addition to the technical side of the job, you will be asked questions regarding your personality and behavior.

MNC Interview Questions

When answering interview questions, we suggest you answer using the STAR method. This is a more concise way of responding to your interviewer. Below are a few interview questions with answer examples:

    • Q: What do you know about MNC?

A: MNC’s staff doesn’t expect you to know everything about their company. They simply want to determine if you are ambitious and excited for their vacant position.

    • Q: Why should we hire you?

A: This is your time to shine. Tell your future employers that you are a great employee that takes pride in your work. You can use this time to reflect on past job experiences and boast.

    • Q: Why are you leaving your current job?

A: This is a tricky one. You want to remain diplomatic and positive. MNC superiors will be weary of hiring you if you are too negative about your past job. You can also use this time to share your eagerness on taking a new opportunity and how the MNC’s position is more suited for you compared to your previous position.
