Mediaocean Application Process

Our Mediaocean PrepPack™ includes both cognitive aptitude and personality tests, which are required by the company to take after applicants submit their résumé. Passing these tests is of paramount importance since the company’s decision whether to invite you for a phone interview is based on your tests scores.

Make sure you are well prepared for your CCAT also because, during your Skype interview, you will be required to retake it. If you pass your second CCAT, you will have a face-to-face interview with Mediaocean managers, where you may be asked more technical questions, if you compete for a position in the technology department. Succeeding at every stage of your pre-employment process largely depends on your high scores in the tests; you are, therefore, advised to have several dry runs of JopTestPrep practice tests to land the job at Mediaocean.

What Is the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT)?

The aim of the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test is to estimate how well job applicants solve problems, learn new skills, and think critically. To evaluate your cognitive abilities with the utmost precision, the CCAT is split into three parts:

  • Math and Logic
  • Verbal Skills
  • Spatial Reasoning

Overall, the test is composed of 50 questions and has a time limit of 15 minutes; that is, you have only half a minute to answer each question. Your mark for the CCAT is counted according to two criteria: your raw score, determined by the number of your correct answers, and scores gained by other job applicants. Because your score on CCAT is influenced by other candidates’ performance and because the test’s time limit is so short, you will do much better in it, if you prepare for Mediaocean Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test with our practicing material.

Mediaocen Personality Assessment

Another assessment that you may be required to pass during your hiring process at Mediaocean is a personality test. Before employing you, the company wants to measure not only your cognitive abilities but also your general personality traits to ensure that working with you is secure and pleasant. Questions you will be asked to answer vary, but all of them are designed to predict how well you will interact with the company’s staff and how professionally you will perform your role. You are expected to reply honestly and spontaneously in your personality test. But this does not mean that you do not need to prepare for it beforehand: JobTestPrep practice materials will teach you how to highlight your good qualities and how not to incriminate yourself accidentally when answering trickier questions. Practice with our personality test and convince your employers that you are the best fit for the position.

Mediaocean Interviews

If you pass both the CCAT and personality test successfully, you will be invited for several interviews either on Skype or at Mediaocean offices. When talking to you, interviewers will want to find out more about your professional competency and your previous working experience; if you applied for such positions as Java developer or technical support specialist, you will be asked technical questions as well. Some of the competency-based questions posed at Mediaocean interviews are as follows:

  • Name one time you had to work in a team with someone you did not like? How did you deal with it?
  • What is your management style? Which management style works best for you?
  • Why do you think you would be a good fit for your position?
  • What do you know about our product offerings?
  • What was the most difficult situation at your previous work that you successfully handled?
  • How do you attack a territory and build a book of business?

Walking through these questions with JobTestPrep Interview pack will help you formulate your answers in advance. Equipped with thought-through answers, you will surely appear confident and professional in your actual interview.
