Kibo Hiring Process

The Kibo hiring and recruitment process consists of the following steps:

  • Online application: The Kibo hiring process begins with an online application that is screened by the Hirebridge applicant tracking system (ATS). Hirebridge is used to screen your application/questionnaire and CV. This applicant tracking system assesses your answers and documents for keyword-specific phrases.   • Assessment tests: Once your application is complete, depending on the job position, you may encounter pre-employment assessment tests (outlined below). Be sure to review and prepare for these tests as passing/failing scores can be the difference in moving forward with a job offer or not.
  • Interview: You will encounter a variety of interviews during the Kibo recruitment process, some of which may include telephone, video, in-person, or panel interviews. Be sure to review and practice for all types of interviews with our Interview PrepPack™.

Xactly Assessment Tests

Depending on the position for which you’re applying, you may be required to complete the following pre-employment assessment tests.

Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT)

The Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) is a popular pre-employment assessment that measures your problem-solving abilities, skill learning capabilities, and critical-thinking skills.

The CCAT consists of 50 questions, has a 15-minute time limit (typically, people do not finish the entire test), and is comprised of three question categories—math and logic, verbal ability, and spatial reasoning.

Usually CCAT scores are determined by a raw score (the number of questions answered correctly). However, your score can be converted into a percentile in order to compare your score to the scores of other applicants.

Kibo Personality Test

Occasionally used in the hiring process, personality tests are assessments that measure your personal and professional compatibility for the company and position for which you are applying. Additionally, personality tests assess your approach to work scenarios, colleagues, and stress management.
