KCPI CAST Tests

The CAST test has four sub-tests. Graphic Arithmetic assesses your ability to solve arithmetic problems using information from prints or drawings. Mechanical Concepts assesses your ability to understand mechanical principles. Reading for Comprehension assesses your ability to read and comprehend written materials. Mathematical Usage assesses your ability to work out basic mathematical problems with the information provided at the beginning of the test.


KCPI Microsoft Excel Assessments

The Excel User Test enables employers to carefully assess a candidate's Microsoft Excel skills, as well as to decide if they are qualified for the offered position. There are typically between 10 and 25 questions per test.


KCPI Abstract Reasoning

Abstract reasoning tests form a substantial part of intelligence tests, and therefore are very popular among testing companies. They are often called inductive reasoning tests or diagrammatic series tests. In these test, you are asked to identify a missing figure in a matrix or pattern, or alternatively, decide which group of matrices a certain figure best fits into.

KCPI Interview Process

There are many types of interviews that you may face during the recruitment process, so it is wise to prepare for each one in advance. Companies will typically begin with a short 10-30-minute phone interview to further screen potential applicants. If you successfully pass this interview stage, the company will invite you to participate in either a traditional face-to-face interview or in a panel interview.
