Genomic Health TTI Success Insights Personality Test

One of the tests you may encounter if you are applying for Genomic Health, especially for sales positions is a TTI personality test. This test is aimed at measuring your personality traits in order to draw you talent and check it's fit for a spesific position. JobTestPrep is working on preparing a TTI pack. In the meantime, you can practice with our comprehensive personality pack which includes practice test, guides, and reports to help you prepare and learn more how to create an optimal personality profile.

Genomic Health Sales Assessment Test

The sales aptitude test analyzes three main dimensions - sales skills, personal skills and job skills. It is focused on behavior, attitudes, values and the skills that carry a sales rep into the realm of success. Sales assessment tests contain at least one scenario section, highlighting sales and job skills; and a self-assessment portion that focuses on your own interests, preferences, and values.

Genomic Health Interview Preparation

Genomic Health’s interview process is many-fold. After you upload your résumé and cover letter on its website, you will have a phone interview with a Human Resources manager. On the phone interview, expect to answer questions about your education and working history. You may also be asked about the companies for which you worked previously. This interview usually lasts for half of an hour approximately. If your phone interview goes well, you will receive a link to tests that Genomic Health asks its job applicants to take, before it decides whether to move forward with their candidacy. Upon successful completion of the assessment tests, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview in Genomic Health. On this interview, you will meet with your prospective managers who will ask you questions about your professionalism and aptitude for the applied position. Some questions may be situational; in other words, you will need to tell them about the situation where you faced a challenge to which you successfully responded by choosing a specific course of actions. You will sound clearer on your interview, if you answer situational questions according to the STAR format. Provided you were impressive on your face-to-face interview, you will receive an appointment letter from Genomic Health.

How Are the Genomic Health Personality Tests Scored?

Personality tests are used by Genomic Health to evaluate specific personality traits and workplace competencies. There are technically no right or wrong answers in a personality assessment, however, certain responses may negatively impact your overall personality profile for the job being offered.

What Is the Purpose of the Genomic Health Aptitude Tests?

Genomic Health uses aptitude tests to measure and understand your workplace competencies and capabilities. These tests are often scored by taking your score and comparing it to that of other candidates, then comparing all scores to the benchmark score.

How Long Does Genomic Health Hiring Process Take?

The hiring process depends on the number of tasks you have to fulfil. Typically, there are hundreds, if not thousands of candidates are applying for the same job. While most of them are filtered out through the use of online tests, that still leaves many who have to go through face to face assessments and interviews. We can make some generalizations though. Online tests and automatic application screening typically takes no more than a week. However, you will only know if you have got through to the next stage of the application process once the job posting has been closed. The company will normally take some time to come up with a shortlist of candidates who should attend interviews. We can, therefore, say that the entire process can take up to six months.
