BMO assessments often commence with a phone interview with human resource, examining your basic fit for the company. Afterwards, either an on-site interview will take place or a second phone screening, this time with a hiring manager. For some positions, this will do - for others, a panel interview consisted of several directors or tests will follow.
JobTestPrep has worked long and hard on building the smartest, most efficient interview training: A large database of online interview questions, self-assessment tools, and tutorials. Access our tools and ace your BMO interview!
When taking an entrance exam, guessing isn't an option, as most are scored not by adding up your correct answers – but by comparing them to others, like many psychometric tests. Take a look at our Accounting, Mathematical Reasoning, Customer Service, English Language Tests and more, containing a variety of aptitude tests for all relevant jobs, complete with full answer guides.
If you are applying in the U.K. you are likely to take aptitude tests proved by CEB SHL. Follow the link to gain access to our CEB SHL preparation package.
