Prepare for Uline Assessment Tests and Interviews

This test has 50 questions and must be completed within 12 minutes. With just over 14 seconds per question, the Wonderlic Cognitive Ability Test, also known as the Wonderlic Personnel Test, requires strong analytic skills, quick response times, and good decision-making under time pressure. It is used mainly in job selection and admissions processes and includes math, English, logic, general knowledge, and clerical multiple-choice questions.

If you passed your tests well, chances are that you will be invited for an in-person interview. This interview is usually held in one of the Uline’s locations. There, you will have an opportunity to talk to managers of several departments, most relevant to the position for which you applied. These managers will talk to you about your future role, asking you competency-based questions in order to measure your suitability for the job. They will also talk to you about the Uline’s structure and its business goals. If you create a favorable impression on the managers, you may be asked to do a background and drug check, after which, if your police record is good, you may be offered the job.
