Prove It Accounting Test:

Kenexa Prove It Accounting Test is designed to evaluate applicants’ accounting skills. The test is comprised of 40 questions, tailored to measure your accounting proficiency in the field of your specialization, be it bookkeeping or payable accounts. The Prove It Accounting Test is a multiple-choice test, inviting you to choose the right answer among 4 or 6 alternatives. Questions are of various difficulty: some may require complex analysis and mathematical computations. Other questions may be simpler.


Excel Power User

The Prove It Excel Power User Test, provided by Kenexa, is one of the most common Excel assessment tests used in the hiring process. This test enables employers to carefully assess a candidate’s Microsoft Excel skills, as well as to decide if he or she is qualified for the offered position. The Power User Excel Test is untimed and contains 25 questions. On this test, approximately 10 of the questions are basic, five are intermediate and 10 are at the advanced level.


Word Power User

The Kenexa Prove It Microsoft Word test measures your ability to complete tasks in Microsoft's Word software. The test is entirely interactive, attempting to simulate how Word is used in the workplace. This test is aimed at applicants for jobs that require the use of Word at its fullest capacity. On this test, you will be asked to perform more complex tasks, such as mail merges, advanced formatting, and using templates and tables.

Robert Half Interview Policy

Robert Half will most likely begin with a screening interview phone call. How Long does Robert Half Hiring Process Take?

The hiring process depends on the number of tasks you have to fulfil. Typically, there are hundreds, if not thousands of candidates are applying for the same job. While most of them are filtered out through the use of online tests, that still leaves many who have to go through face to face assessments and interviews. We can make some generalizations though. Online tests and automatic application screening typically takes no more than a week. However, you will only know if you have got through to the next stage of the application process once the job posting has been closed. The company will normally take some time to come up with a shortlist of candidates who should attend interviews. We can, therefore, say that the entire process can take up to six months.
