National Grid USA’s Hiring Process

Prior to being considered for a role at National Grid you will need to go through each stage of their hiring process. Below you will find more information regarding the National Grid hiring process:

  • Online Application: In order to apply for one of the available National Grid jobs directly from the National Grid careers webpage. Once you have selected a role and have completed the online National Grid employment application, you will be prompted to upload your resume.
  • Initial Interview:After your application and resume have gone through the initial screening process, a member from the National Grid Human Resources Department for an interview. Your initial interview will either be held over the phone or via video.
  • Aptitude Tests: Regardless of if you have applied for one of National Grid’s entry level jobs or for a more professional role, you may be required to take a pre-employment exam.
  • Face-To-Face Interviews: Your final in-person interviews will be held before one or more interviewers. Be sure to have researched the company and position beforehand.
