Prepare for Axon Enterprises' Tests

Axon Enterprises, Inc. (formerly TASER International) is a leading developer of technology and weapons products for both law enforcement and civilian use. There are many stages in their hiring process that you should consider prior to applying for an open role with the company. These stages may include:

  • Application Process: To complete an online application, you will need to visit the Axon careers webpage. From there you will be able to search for all the currently available Axon jobs, fill out the online application, and upload your resume.
  • Psychometric Testing: After your application and resume have gone through the initial screening process, you may be invited to take one or more pre-employment aptitude tests.
  • Phone Interviews: If you have passed your pre-hire assessment, you may be contacted to participate in a phone screening interview prior to your on-site meetings. Phone interviews may also precede your pre-hire exam or exams.

Professional Learning Indicator (PI LI) Cognitive Ability Test

The PI LI Cognitive Ability assessment is used to measure your general cognitive ability. This test will measure your mathematical, verbal, and abstract reasoning abilities. The score that you receive will give the recruitment team at Axon a better idea of how quickly you will be able to learn and perform your new role efficiently.

Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment

The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment measure six personality characteristics: dominance, extroversion, patience, formality, decision-making, and energy level.
