What is the Switch Challenge?

The Switch Challenge, also known as Scales sx, is Aon's interactive Deductive Logical Reasoning Test. The test is used by many companies and financial firms, and it is one of the four tests comprising the P&G assessment.

The test measures your abstract logical reasoning through complex questions designed to overload your short-term memory. This helps evaluate your thinking patterns and determine if they align with the position you applied for.

In each task of the game, you will be presented with two rows of symbols, where the order of the symbols changes based on a specific rule represented by operators with number sequences. Your job is to identify the operator that caused the change in symbol order.

You will have 6 minutes to answer as many tasks as possible.

The game is adaptive, meaning the difficulty increases or decreases depending on whether you answer correctly. If you're performing well, you'll encounter more complex, multi-layer sequences where the symbols pass through two or three operators, altering their positions further.
