Research Associate Interview:


  • Length: While the process will usually take one day, it will be very gruelling process with up to four back-to-back interviews.

  • Department Head Interview: The final interview with a department head who will drill you on everything and anything.
  • Department Head Interview: The day will end with lunch and a tour, make sure to show interest and ask questions. Think of this as a continuation of the interviews in a non-formal setting.

  • Mental Agility and Background: The company wants to know if you truly have the technical knowledge, the experience and the sharp and quick nature needed to not only succeed, but thrive in the position at hand.
