The step-by-step recruitment process is detailed below:

Application: When you go through the Bart application process, the procedure can be completed through their website, with a campus recruiter, or in-person. You will also be required to submit a resume as well.

Telephone Interview: An HR recruiter can call you to conduct a short 30-minute phone interview with you. This stage is used to evaluate how suitable you are for the job position.

In-Person Interview: Afterwards, you will be invited to come in for one or more onsite interviews. These sessions may be performed with one hiring manager or a panel. Group interviews may also take place.
