The steps in the PEAK hiring process are:

PEAK’s Assessment Tests
The Wonderlic Personnel Test evaluates if you, as a candidate, fits PEAK and their requirements. This test requires strong analytic skills, quick response times, and good decision-making under time pressure. It is mainly composed of Math, English (Verbal), and Logic parts, and short parts of General Knowledge and Clerical Questions.
