The KB Home’s official interview process will begin with a several minute filtering phone call to see if there is a match (at least on paper). Upon passing that stage and usually preliminary pre-hiring tests, you will then be invited to one or more face to face interviews with employees from the HR department all the way up through the hiring managers and beyond (depending on the seniority of the position). There are several types of the Aptitude Test. You may need to take the Abstract and Conceptual Aptitude Tests or the Diagrammatic Reasoning Tests. Or you may be required to pass the Inductive or Logical Reasoning Tests. There are also the Verbal Reasoning Test and the Mathematical Reasoning Test.
Taking the time to practice the different concepts and questions you are likely to encounter during your KB Home assessments will be the ultimate precursor of your success during the recruitment process. During this initial interview, the company just wants to know what your background and basic skills sets are. They will ask you about education, educational courses, your resume, career goals and of course if your skills sets match the position on paper. They will also mention compensation and benefits packages.
The best time to begin preparing for your KB Home EEI test is as soon as possible. Giving yourself the ability to practice for your EEI test beforehand will give you an undoubted advantage over the other KB Home applicants who will also be taking the same tests.
The KB Home tests will either be sent to you via email to be completed at home, or at KB Home’s offices. Nonetheless, you’ll be given a time frame which is essential to prepare for.
