Prepare for the Concentrix Recruitment Process

Concentrix is an exclusively owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX) and is a top worldwide business service. They work with their clients to provide outstanding customer, technology revolutions, analytics, and business enhancements. Concentrix is based in more than 25 countries and has over 100,000 employees. They provide candidates with industry expertise in a variety of fields, such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, technology, media, travel, and much more.

The Concentrix hiring process is described as follows:

Application: Applicants can search for Concentrix jobs online and apply for their position of interest. The next step is filling out a form and uploading a resume. Other methods for completing the application process can be done through a recruitment agency, or in-person.

Telephone Interview: When an applicant completes the first stage, they will be contacted via telephone by an HR recruiter for an interview. Telephone interviews occur so that employers can decide whether an applicant is a good fit for the job.

Interview: There are several ways in which onsite interviews can be conducted. Candidates may face one or more face-to-face interviews with an employer or a panel.

Tests: Applicants may face psychometric exams, such as pre-employment cognitive tests which assess one’s suitability for the vacant position. Concentrix aptitude tests display an applicant’s skill set and critical thinking ability.

Concentrix’s Kenexa Tests

These tests are used to assess one’s aptitude in a variety of fields, including technical, financial, industrial, clerical, customer service, or healthcare positions. Aptitude tests include three subjects, each of which assess one’s cognitive skills. These include a mathematical, verbal, and logical reasoning exam.

Kenexa also offers assessment tests, such as the personality and behavioral tests which display one’s characteristics and aptitude for the role. Other Kenexa exams include the Kenexa Prove It Microsoft assessment, evaluating one’s use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
