Ferguson Enterprises Hiring Process

There are several different components to the Ferguson Enterprises hiring process, depending on the job to which you are applying and your level of expertise.

  1. First, you will fill out an online application or apply through your college or university.
  2. Then, if you are a match to one of the open positions, you will be contacted for an initial online video interview.
  3. Then you will receive a phone interview from HR who will set an appointment for an in-person interview.
  4. You will then be invited to an in-person interview with an HR representative, the hiring manager, another senior manager, or all three.
  5. You also may need to pass a personality test, like Hogan, in order to move on to the next step.
