USPS 710 Exam PrepPack FAQs

Yes. Exams 720, 725, and 730 are part of the same Clerical Battery as the 710 - they share identical content, the same 7 sections, and the same format. The difference between the four exam numbers is purely administrative: USPS assigns different codes depending on the specific clerical role you applied for. The same PrepPack fully prepares you regardless of which number appears on your invitation.

Start with the interactive guide, then take the first full simulation to identify your weak sections. Move to the relevant practice tests for focused work, then take the second simulation to measure your improvement. Save the keyboarding simulation for last, once you feel confident on the core assessment.

That depends on your starting point. Most candidates benefit from at least one to two weeks of focused preparation - enough time to complete the guide, work through weak sections, and take both simulations with a gap between them to track real improvement.

The 710 is a timed exam - each of the 7 sections has its own strict time limit, some as short as 2 minutes for 20 questions. A static PDF cannot replicate that pressure. Practicing with untimed material gives you a false sense of readiness. Our simulations are computer-administered and timed section by section, exactly as the real exam is administered - so when exam day arrives, the format and pressure are already familiar.

Yes - there is no limit on retakes. Your progress is saved so you can track improvement across attempts and focus on the sections that still need work.

The minimum passing score is 70. Our PrepPack is designed to get you comfortably above that threshold, not just over it.

After completing your payment, you will receive two emails: a payment receipt and a login link with your account details. Once you log in and reset your password, you will have instant, unlimited access to your PrepPack.

Worth the price
I qualified for the job I was pursuing. Found the prep to be more difficult than the actual test. I would use this again in the future if I decide to try for a higher pay grade.
