There are many stages in the Heraeus Holding recruitment process. If you are interested n

  • Application Process: To begin the application process you will need to select an open position from the Heraeus jobs webpage. Once you have completed the online application and uploaded your relevant documents in PDF (letters of recommendation, credentials, resume) you will be able to move onto the next stage in the hiring process.
  • Phone Screening: If your application and resume are matched to the job requirements, you may be contacted by a member of the HR team to participate in a phone interview.
  • Aptitude Testing: Depending on the role that you have decided to apply for, you may be required to take a pre-hire exam. The test or tests that you will be expected to take and pass will be determined by the vacancy you are looking to fill.
  • Personal Interviews: The final step prior to being offered a job will be the in-person interviews. Your onsite interview or interviews will either be held one-on-one, as part of a group, or in a panel setting.

Heraeus Group’s Psychometric Tests

The purpose of psychometric testing is to determine your measurable skills as they pertain to the position you have applied for. The skills evaluated by your pre-hire test are not able to be measured by your resume and interviews alone.

The test or tests that you will need to take during the Heraeus recruitment process may include mathematical & verbal reasoning, abstract reasoning, situational judgment, and/ or a workplace persona questionnaire.
