  • Q: What are your primary strengths? A: When giving this answer try to use what is called PAR or Problem Action Result. In other words, tell of your best trait via a true story of how you used it.
  • Q: What can you tell us about our company? A: Talk about the companies mission and describe how and why you believe in it.
