The FBI Phase 2 Test is the second major assessment in the FBI Special Agent hiring process. Once you pass Phase 1 Test, you will be invited to complete a 150-minute written assessment followed by a structured interview conducted by a panel of FBI Special Agents.

The FBI Phase 2 Test is the fourth stage of the FBI Special Agent hiring process. If you successfully pass the FBI Phase 1 Test and your application progresses through the FBI's internal review, you will be invited to complete Phase 2. The assessment consists of two parts:

You sit on the committee of a community association that has been awarded a grant. The grant is fixed, cannot be divided, and all three proposals before the committee cost the same amount within it, so money does not separate them. At its last annual meeting the association agreed that its aim for the coming year is to reach residents who currently have no contact with it.
Three proposals have been submitted.
Refurbish the hall kitchen. The kitchen is used by the six groups that already meet in the hall, around 200 people a week. A refurbishment would last about fifteen years. Those groups have asked for it repeatedly.
Run weekly activity sessions on the three outlying estates. The sessions would run for one year and stop when the grant is spent. The association estimates they would reach about 400 residents, almost none of whom has used the association before.
Buy a minibus. The minibus would bring residents from the outlying estates to the activities already running in the hall. It would carry about 60 people a week and last around eight years. Driving it requires a particular license, and the association currently has two volunteers who hold one.
The hall's present cooker is a well-regarded brand. The minibus would be supplied in the association's colors. The association has not established whether further volunteer drivers could be recruited, and has not asked whether the estate sessions could attract follow-on funding.
