Once your application is received, they review it to decide if your skills and work experience meet the role requirements.

Telephone Interview: If your application is approved, a member from the hiring team will contact you over the phone to schedule a Wyndham video interview or in-person meetings. This quick phone discussion may include questions about your work experience, skills, and background as well.

Tests: You may be required to participate in the Wyndham test stage during the employment process. These assessments measure how compatible you are for the career based on your cognitive abilities and personality traits.

In-Person Interview: The in-person interview may include a Wyndham panel interview or one-on-one sessions with an employer. You may also be invited for a group interview with other candidates. Wyndham destinations interview questions may behavioral, situational, or competency-based.

The Wyndham Test Process

The pre-employment tests are applied to assess how competent you are for the job. Your abilities regarding your mathematical, verbal, and logical reasoning skills are all scored and compared against other candidates. Providers, such as Kenexa, Hogan, and PeopleAnswers, all provide a variety of different tests to evaluate your cognitive abilities.

PeopleAnswers offers a cognitive ability exam, as well as a personality assessment. Kenexa measures test-takers’ skills for financial, industrial, clerical, and healthcare fields. Kenexa provides numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning tests, as well as personality and behavioral tests. Hogan assessments evaluate candidates’ personality in the workplace to predict their possible performance based on their characteristics.
