Be Ready for Your Interface Application Process

Interface is world renowned for its’ institutional interiors and aims to create a dignified and diverse organization which emphasises customers’ needs. For this reason, they seek to find candidates suitable for the Interface training program and full-time career opportunities.

Stages which are included in the Interface recruitment process are:

  • Application: The first step is completing a straightforward online application where you can upload your resume. Other ways of applying are through an employee referral or company recruiter.
  • Telephone Interview: At this stage you may have a telephone interview with an HR recruiter in order to get to know you better.
  • Test: In some cases you may be asked to complete a number of different pre-employment tests during the application process. An important assessment could be Hogan.
  • Interview: After completing the telephone interview you will have a face-to-face interview in a one-or-one setting or with a group of other candidates. Some interviews may be performed by a panel of employers and potential co-workers.

Interface Test

The Hogan personality assessment evaluates test-takers personality traits and how they communicate with others. Employers will be able to determine whether candidates have leadership qualities and illustrate their strengths, weaknesses, ideals, and problem-solving capabilities.

Psychometric entrance exams include aptitude tests used during the hiring process as a means of estimating job candidates’ potential performance in the workplace. These tests are a relied on method for determining job candidates’ cognitive abilities and effective responses during challenging situations.

Therefore, the mathematical, verbal, and logical reasoning tests serve to measure how well applicants calculate data, understand written information, connect patterns and relationships between concepts, and read information given in charts and diagrams. The situational judgement test (SJT) is used to assess candidates’ behavioral traits and reactions to problems.
