Prepare for AGCO's Entrance Exam

The different steps in the AGCO hiring process are:

  • Online Application Process: Once you have selected a position from the AGCO Jobs page, you will need to submit your resume and any other supporting documentation.
  • Phone Interview: Once your documents have been reviewed and are found to be a match for the position or program you have applied to, you will be invited via email to participate in a phone interview. Phone interviews are used as an additional screening measure prior to a face-to-face interview.
  • Pre-Employment Exam Depending upon the position or program you have decided to pursue, you may be required to take one or more pre-hire assessment tests.
  • In-Person Interview: An in-person interview is often the last step prior to receiving a job offer. Your in-person interview or interviews will either be held one-on-one, or in a group/ panel format.
