Modis’ hiring process is like that of other HR companies. It starts with an online application. Afterwards, you will be contacted by HR who will give you a short screening interview. You will then be asked to complete a test, such as Talent-Q, with questions such as math problems, analytical problems, and word problems. If you pass, HR will contact you again to set up an interview.
The Modis job assessment consists of an aptitude test, usually Talent-Q, and a face-to-face interview. Talent-Q tests include mathematical, verbal, or logic questions, or a combination of two or three types.
