KBR’s Hiring Process

With locations in over 80 countries and more than 34,000 employees, KBR is always looking for talented individuals to fill the vacancies in their company. Regardless of the position you are thinking of applying for within the company, the hiring process may include:

  • Application Process: In order to apply for the position you have selected from the KBR jobs webpage you will first need to create a user account. Once your account has been created you will need to fill out a short application and upload your resume.
  • Phone Screening: If your application has been matched for the position you have selected you will be contacted to participate in a phone interview. The purpose of the phone interview is to verify your interest in the position and your working background.
  • Personal Interviews: The next stage in the KMB employment process will be the onsite interview. If you have passed all of the previous stages in this process you will be invited for one or more face-to-face interviews depending on the position you have applied for.
  • Pre-Hire Tests:

Your pre-hire aptitude test or tests will either be administered before or after your face-to-face interviews and will most likely need to be completed online.

KBR’s DDI Tests
