Hi,
The CCAT itself does not change by job. Everyone gets the same format: 50 questions in 15 minutes covering verbal, math, logic, and spatial reasoning. The structure and difficulty stay the same.
What does change is how employers interpret your score. Different roles have different benchmarks. Technical or managerial roles may expect a higher score, while some entry level or support roles may be fine with a lower one.
From my experience, the biggest differentiator is pacing and question selection. Since the test is identical for all roles, focus on smart time management and consistent practice. That is what helps you stand out, no matter which position you apply for.
