Working at UniFirst

The UniFirst hiring process includes many different steps and stages. Below you will find more information regarding the recruitment process for UniFirst Corp.:

  • Application Process: Applying for one of the many available UniFirst jobs will need to be done online. To find a suitable position and fill out an online application, you will need to visit the UniFirst careers page.
  • Initial Interviews: Your initial interviews with the company will either be held over the phone or via video conference.
  • Employment Test: Regardless of the role you have applied for, you will be required to take one or more pre-hire exams.
  • Personal Interviews: The final stage of the UniFirst hiring process will include in-person interviews. Depending on the position you have applied for, you may need to go through one or more sit-down interviews. These interviews will either be held one-on-one or before a panel.

Many roles at UniFirst will require a pre-hire assignments, a pre-hire presentation, and/or field exercises.

UniFirst Corporation’s Ramsay Aptitude Test
