Stages of the FCT Recruitment Process

Below is an outline of the FCT employment process:

  • FCT Application: Starting the application process is easy. Simply fill out the online application form and submit your resume. You can also apply through a recruiter or employee referral.
  • FCT Telephone Interview: An HR representative will contact you as part of the screening phase and ask you technical questions before arranging an in-person interview for you.
  • FCT Interview: The interview may be held in a face-to-face format or with a panel of judges. Certain interviews may be performed by an employer of a higher status if the position you are going for requires their valuation.
  • FCT Test: Before you can ascertain whether you have been hired to begin the FCT training period, you may need to take one or more pre-employment FCT test which gives the company a clear portrayal of your fit for the career.

FCT Test

The FCT test which may be used to evaluate candidates’ cognitive abilities is the Professional Learning Index (PLI) test. The PLI test measures applicants diagram and mathematical aptitude, as well as their English language skills. Aim to answer 50 aptitude questions in 12 minutes, by focusing on learning and adapting to the answering method throughout the test preparation.
