Prepare for Air Namibia's Tests

There are many different stages within the Air Namibia hiring process that you will need to pass to be considered for the position you have applied to. Although the type of assessments and number of interviews will vary depending on the role you would like to pursue, the process will be very similar. The different stages are detailed below:

  • Online Application Process: To begin, you will need to select a position from the Air Namibia website to apply. Be sure that all of your supporting documentation is up-to-date.
  • Telephone Interview: If your resume is selected for further consideration once it has gone through screening, you will receive a phone call or email with a Human Resources representative to set up a phone interview.
  • Online Aptitude Tests: You may face a variety of assessment tests throughout the different stages of the hiring process. These tests were designed to assess your skills and abilities for the position you have applied for.
  • In-Person Interview: You may need to face one or more in-person interviews. Your interviews will either be held one-on-one, or in a panel/ group.

Air Namibia’s Psychometric Tests

The assessment tests you are likely to face throughout the Air Namibia hiring process will be provided by CEB SHL. Air Namibia’s Interview Questions

During your interviews with Air Namibia, you will be asked several questions related to the position you have applied to, as well as behavioral and situational questions. Here are a few examples of questions you are likely to be asked during this process:

  • Why would you like to work for Air Namibia?
  • What do you know about the position and its responsibilities?
  • Describe a time when you worked with a team to achieve a goal successfully.
  • What would you do if you saw a fellow cabin crew member mistreating a customer?

We recommend the use of the STAR method when answering behavioral and situational questions to keep your responses structured and engaging.
