One TORM test which you may be required to complete is the Predictive Learning Indicator exam, also known as the Professional Learning Indicator (PLI). This test is used by TORM to measure job applicants’ overall cognitive skills, which includes understanding and applying complex data. Other qualities which are evaluated are candidates’ abilities to reason, adapt, plan, and solve problems in an efficient and solid manner. Three sections of the PLI test are verbal assessments, mathematical problems, and abstract reasoning exams.
