Prepare for USI Insurance Services' Tests

There are several steps in the USI Insurance Services employment process. They are listed below:

  • Application Process: To begin, you will need to select a position directly from the USI career portal, fill out a short questionnaire, and upload your resume. You also have the option of joining the USI Talent Network which allows you to leave your information and resume in their database for future information on job openings.
  • Phone Interview: If your resume happens to be a match for the skills and responsibilities specific to the position you have applied for, a recruiter will reach out to you for a phone screening interview. Depending on the position you are pursuing, you may also go through an additional phone interview.
  • Psychometric Tests: The pre-hire assessment tests are used to further ensure your suitability for a specific role.
  • In-Person Interviews: Depending on the position you have applied to, you may need to face more than one in-person interview. Your face-to-face interview or interviews will either be held one-on-one or in a group/ panel format.

USI Insurance Services’ Aptitude Tests

USI is always on the lookout for the best and brightest candidates in their field. To prove you have what it takes to be successful in the role you have applied to, you will be required to take several pre-hire assessment tests. These tests include the Caliper test which will measure both your cognitive abilities and work persona. Additional assessments may be used to measure your organizational skills, time management, inclination for teamwork, and verbal skills – both written and spoken.
