If you are not satisfied with your purchase, fill out a refund request here and specify the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will provide refunds within five business days in the following cases:
- You used our materials in accordance with our practice instructions and took the real test. You found a discrepancy between our practice materials and the real test materials.
Case 1: If there was a large discrepancy between our tests and the real test, you will receive a full (100%) refund. Examples can include a different test theme (verbal instead of numerical), extreme differences in difficulty levels, or a different format and style (offline vs. online, test vs. gamification).
Case 2: If there was a partial match between our materials and the real test, you will receive a partial refund (between 30–80%), depending on the case. We reserve the right to decide on the amount after learning the details of each individual case.
- A technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing your account.
- The product was not used at all.
Please bear in mind that the tests that we provide are practise tests, they are not the same as the real test you will sit. Our questions are designed to mirror the questions that you will sit, they are not, however, real test questions from your employment tests. We seek to simulate the actual exam as closely as possible without infringing on copyright laws.

Cancellation policy
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of cancellation and information about the cancellation, which we reproduce below in the form required by law. Please note the special information about “early expiry of the right of withdrawal” when purchasing digital products such as those offered on jobtestprep.co.uk in the form of time-limited licenses and PrepPacks™.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us (Noam Institute Ltd., Jabotinsky 9, 5126417 Bnei Brak, telephone: +1 (914) 368-6012, email:c.serv@jobtestprep.co.uk) by means of a clear statement (e.g . a letter sent by post, fax or email) to inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

Early expiry of the cancellation policy
When purchasing digital products - such as our licenses and PrepPacks™ - the cancellation policy expires early if two conditions are met: if we have started to execute the contract and make the PrepPack™ available to you online before the end of the cancellation period, and if you have have expressly agreed to this in the knowledge that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
For the purchase of a license for one or more PrepPacks™ this means: The cancellation policy expires upon purchase and successful access to it.
