What Is the Difference Between Plans?
We offer 3 plans (licenses) in 3 tiers, priced low to high:

Is the Practice Material Different Between Plans?
No. The content of the PrepPack is always identical, regardless of the plan.
Which Plan Should I Choose?
Your preferred plan should be determined based on two key factors:
If your test is scheduled for 3-7 days, pick the short plan. Note that this plan requires the focused practice of several hours per day.
If your test is scheduled for more than 7 days, and you want to study at a slower pace, pick the medium plan.
If your test is scheduled for a longer period of time, or that you can allow very little practice time daily, pick the long Plan.
Are There Recurring Fees or Auto-Renewals?
No. All plans are charged as a one-time payment, and there are no auto-renewals.
Can I Start Practicing Immediately?
Yes. The prep material is provided online and can be accessed through a web browser. Once you complete your purchase you will gain immediate access to the PrepPack content.
Can I Take Practice Tests as Many Times as I Want?
Yes. You may take all the tests included in your preparation course, as many times as you want, until your plan expires.
Can I Extend My Plan?
Yes. You may always extend your plan to the platinum plan by adding just the difference. (e.g. if you want to upgrade a short, $79 plan to a long $99 plan, you will need only add the additional $20). To do so, contact our customer service at c.serv@jobtestprep.com.
Can I Purchase More Than One Preparation Pack?
Yes. After purchasing a preparation course of your choice, you will be able to upgrade to a premium license which will allow you to purchase up to 3 products total. To do so, go to your PrepPacks Page, and select “Go Premium” on the right-hand side. The cost is an additional $29.
My Test Was Postponed, Can I Extend?
Yes. We offer a free extension in cases of postponed assessments. Please contact our customer service at c.serv@jobtestprep.com.
What Is Your Money-Back Guarantee Policy?
We provide a full or partial refund in cases of mismatch between the actual test and the PrepPack content. For more information, you may refer to our terms and conditions.
