Zoll Medical Interview Guide

It would be impossible to cover the interview process for every position at Zoll Medical. However, let’s take a look at Account Coordinator position so that you can get a better sense of what is coming up ahead. The Process

 

  • HR Phone Call: You interview process will begin with a short phone screening from HR to ensure that you are interested in the position and a follow-up call from a manager in Customer Service to review with you the position and briefly review your skill-sets on your CV.
  • First Interview: This interview will be a two on one. You will sit across from 2 managers who will dive into your CV and ask you a wide range of questions about your work history, habits, projects and skill-sets and the company. Be ready by understanding what you do and what the company does as well. Knowledge is power.
  • Final Interview: This final interview is a get to know you sort of interview and is very much personality based. It will be held with the department manager and will be brief in nature. It is to double check that you the right personality for the company.

 

Questions for You to Ask:

 

  • Why are you looking to fill this position? This is an important question to ask because if you sense that people are unhappy with this position, you might want to reconsider. You can ask to follow up question like how many people have held the position within the past X years, which will give you a sense of turnover rates in the company.
  • What is most important about the position? This question will show your interest in the position and also help you with the lead on questions regarding day to day activities and expectations going forward. You will also better learn what role you play in the hierarchy of the company and get a sense of how fast you can move up the ladder.
  • What is the process for feedback? This is also a critical question because you want to make sure that the outfit you are moving into is a cohesive system to promote efficiency. Moreover, you do not want to be left in the dark and want to ensure that you understand what is expected of you especially within the first three months. If cannot receive or give feedback, it's hard to gauge if they are happy with you.
