Get Ready for your UnitedHealh Group Hiring Process

The length of the process really depends on the role you seek to fill. Generally for full time employees, you can expect up to five segments to the hiring process.

  • Stage One: In this stage you will be presented with a 45 (minimum) UnitedHealh Group aptitude test. The type of test administered will range widely between various positions, but examples of exams include: Predictive index, SJT, Microsoft, sales and customer service among others.
  • Stage Two: This stage is only for those vying for positions in IT and computer science and engineering. You will be challenged to a 30 minute optimization test consisting of three medium programming issues. Hint: Don’t worry about writing the code, it’s about offering a solution.
  • Stage Three: Now comes the standard face to face interview based off your resume and previous work experience and projects. They will be particularly interested in your projects, so come prepared to explain.
  • Stage Four: This round will be technical in nature and will cover coding like DS and OS or other programs you might need for your position like Excel.
  • Stage Five: If you have reached this stage, the job is more or less in the bag, unless HR uncovers something very concerning about you. Just read up about the company and prepare to talk about your professional and family background.
