There are several steps to the hiring process, depending on the job to which you are applying and your level of expertise.
The main steps are:
Online Application: Send your resume to the relevant position.
Phone Screen Interview: If you are a match to one of the open positions, the HR manager will contact you for an initial phone screen interview.
Interview: You will be invited for an in-person interview with the professional manager.
Exams: You may be required to take several exams. A significant one is EEI, that examines abilities in math, reading, spatial awareness, technical and mechanical comprehension, problem-solving and administrative skills.
