About Sheetz PrepPacks™

During the recruitment process, you'll be asked to take a number of different Sheetz tests. You are asked to complete these tests online. To successfully move on to the next stage of the hiring process, utilize JobTestPrep's comprehensive preparation packages to give yourself the best chance of success.

Start Practicing for the Sheetz Tests

Excelling in your pre-employment assessment is the key to your career at the new company. Make sure you do not hurt your chances of succeeding by coming to your examination unprepared. Practice with JobTestPrep’s top-notch resources, do well on your tests and interview, and become employed by Sheetz.

Sheetz Interview

To get ready for your interview, you may find it useful to practice with our exclusive interview materials. They will prepare you both to the phone interview and in-person interview. The Sheetz’s phone interview is usually conducted by its Human Resources manager. Expect to talk about your education, working experience, and potential job at the Sheetz. You may also need to answer competency-based questions. After you successfully complete the Sheetz’s tests, you may be asked to come for an in-person interview. It is usually conducted by a Human Resources representative, several managers, or team leaders. They will ask you situational questions. You may find it helpful to think in advance about a specific situation that was challenging and that you needed to resolve in your previous workplace. Think about the solution that you chose in that situation and about other alternatives that you discarded as unhelpful. If you applied for a technical position, you may also be asked technical questions relevant to your field of expertise.

How Are Sheetz Tests Scored?

aptitude tests are usually comprised of multiple-choice questions. The possible marks for each question are correct, incorrect, and unanswered. When you submit a Sheetz aptitude test, your answers are first measured against the correct answers. Then, your correct answers are counted, and the rate of correct answers is calculated.

Is Being Consistent Important on Personality Tests?

Being consistent is very important when taking a personality assessment test. On personality tests, you may be asked similar questions that are worded differently. If you answer these similar questions differently, it will be reflected in your results. For instance, it could appear to assessors as if you did not answer both questions completely honestly, which may result in you not getting the job. However, being consistent is not something you need to focus on, as it is not measured. It is a problem only if you significantly contradict yourself; for example, answering "agree" to "I'm never late" and "I have a tendency to be late to some meeting." At times during the test, you may encounter similar statements but not agree or disagree with all of them; in this case, it is fine to answer differently. For example, answering "agree" to both "I prefer working with people rather than working along" and "Sometimes, I need some alone time."

What is a SJT?

Situational Judgement Tests (SJT) are psychological assessments where you are presented with hypothetical, yet realistic, scenarios related to the job in which you are applying. SJTs have become a popular tool used by assessment companies, employers, and organizations to evaluate the behavioral and cognitive abilities of candidates when introduced with daily work-related situations.
