Playtech Interview

The Playtech interview process will usually have several steps, including a phone interview and two face to face interviews: first with a professional hiring manager, and then with HR. The higher the position, the more rounds of interviews you will need to go through, including with VPs and even CEOs. Note that during the final interview you have to present a report or personal project

Tips for Interview Questions

  • Where do you see your career in 5 years? While you might find this question ridiculous, you will have to answer it anyway. The trick to a good answer is to not answer the question but in an artful manner. Talk about your immediate goals of learning the job and growing within the context of that job. Tell them that as you continue to boost and add to your hard and soft skills, the sky's the limit in terms of possibility for advancement within the company. One stage at a time.
  • Why should you be chosen for the position? Focus your answer on several bullet points including your education, primary professional accomplishments, and experience in the industry. Via telling a story you want to show you how have infused your skills to create a holistic approach to your career.
  • What questions might you have for us? This is usually one of the last questions and will give you an opportunity to leave a strong lasting impression on the interview. Try to find out about the company’s culture, how the job will look on the day to day, the primary challenges facing the company and where they think the company will be in 5 years (hey two can play that game.)
