About the Keirsey Temperament Sorter

The Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS-II) is a personality test used worldwide. The U.S. government and military, academic institutions, Fortune 500, consulting firms, and various other organizations use the KTS-II to assess their workers.

What the Keirsey Measures and its Temperaments

The Keirsey personality test consists of 70 questions to help you discover your personality type. It not only tells you what personality type you are, but it also helps the company you are applying to, or the company you already work for, better understand who you are and how to help you professionally.

The Keirsey Temperament Sorter is used for:

  • Guardians – supervisor, inspector, provider, and protector.
  • Rationals – field marshal, mastermind, inventor, and architect.
  • Idealists – teacher, counselor, champion, and healer.
